New from January 2023: Wilhelmshaven network + Osnabrück connection

ERS Railways will integrate Wilhelmshaven as the third German deep water port into its network in the coming year. The start-up will be performed in a graduated manner with initially 1 round trip per week:

• Q1 Wilhelmshaven <=> Kornwestheim + Nuremberg, start on 16.1.2023.
• Q2 Wilhelmshaven <=> Munich, Mannheim, Ulm
• Q3 Wilhelmshaven <=> Frankfurt/Main

In total, the project rollout provides for 13 round trips per week to/from Wilhelmshaven.

With this step, ERS Railways provides an attractive offer for the new port infrastructure as well as for the regional market in the  Jade-Weser region.

Also NEW is the connection from Osnabrück to the deep-sea port of Bremerhaven. On 7.1.2023 the shuttle train Bremerhaven <=> Osnabrück will start with 2 weekly round trips.
