David has been with ERS since the end of 2014 and is therefore almost part of the inventory. As a trained forwarding agent, he supported our Customer Service as a dispatcher and team leader for over nine years before contributing his knowledge to process optimization and training.
He recently joined our IT department and forms the interface between technical know-how and practical scheduling experience.
