Supervisor Customer Service, Germany

Key responsibilities & tasks

  • Supervising the team of Client Coordinators
  • Develops and or changes procedures in cooperation with the CCO and assure uniform implementation
  • Ensure maximum utilization levels of ERS Railways trains
  • Maintains and enhances close working relationships with customers, agents, terminals and railways.
  • Solving disputes and claims in a commercial and cost effective way
  • Reports relevant management information
  • Takes part in various project groups to improve customer related processes in general.
  • Ensures maximum customer focus within the team of Client Coordinators
  • Ensures focus on accurate input of customer and booking data
  • Ensures good communication with the sales department

Key requirements

  • Experience with logistic procedures
  • Relevant experience within the Rail logistics sector

  • Fluent Knowledge of English and German
  • 2-3 years experience in a similar role
  • Management experience
