Rotterdam 07.04.2017

Dear Customer,

Due to an unsustainable market downturn in continental rail services, ERS Railways will, regrettably, be ceasing operations from the Port of Rotterdam through Europe from mid-April 2017.

As a result, the last ERS Railways Rotterdam - Melzo service will depart on 12 April. During the same week, ERS Railways will be running its last Rotterdam - Poznan service.

In week 16 the Rotterdam-Melzo train will be taken over by Hannibal (Contship Italia Group) as an ‘open’ train service.
Hannibal is a well-known operator of intermodal services in Europe with whom ERS Railways has had a long-standing and cooperative relationship.

Further information will be provided by Contship-Hannibal shortly.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your support and loyalty to ERS Railways over the years and wish you every success in the future.

Should you have any questions or concerns please contact:
